Greatham Primary School - Governor vacancy
Due to one of our longest serving school governors coming to the end of their term, Greatham Primary School will shortly have a vacancy for a Community Governor to sit on the school’s Governing Body.
Full Governing Body meetings are held 6 times a year, once each half term. There are also meetings of three sub-groups held each half term. All meetings take place at the School.
School governors fulfil an extremely important role in the operating of the School, and are appointed on a voluntary basis. Comprehensive training courses and guidance is provided by Hampshire County Council throughout a Governor’s term of office.
To get more information or to have an informal chat about this vacancy, please contact me through the School.
